  1. How to shop/ buy/ order at e-Mall?

visit www.emall.rw, choose a product, click on add to cart, continue to shop/ proceed to check out, fill the billing address and delivery address, select payment method then accept terms and conditions and finally click on place an order”.

  • first, you visit our website by typing emall.rw, then you see different products by
  • scroll down
  • select category
  • typing what you want to order in searching site.
  • From all above, you may easily view different products, then you choose item you want to buy, then you view item by picture, name, more description, ….
  • after view the item and you are interested, you select option by color and size if fashion, then you buy it by click on “add to cart”, immediately, you see the shopping cart with all useful information of item you want to buy.
  • Then, on the upward of your cart, you may click on button “continue shopping” or click on logo, if you still want to shop some more products.
  • once you fill your cart with all products you want, you click on update cart.
  • then, you click on “proceed to check out”.
  • you fill email and password if you already have account
  • if you are guest, you fill the form with names, your billing address.
  • After you may choose to deliver your products to a different address then you fill a form.
  • then you may add notes to consider on your order.
  • you select your payment method
  • accept terms and conditions.
  • then finally, click on “place an order” and automatically you get a confirmation message on your order at your email.
  1. how to sell/become a vendor at e-Mall?
  • simple, you may click on central upward button “become a vendor”. Then you get” vendor registration form”, fill your user name (name you wish to be published on your store), fill your “verification code” that you automatically get in your email to verify if it is yours.
  • then, keep filling your store address info.
  • Create and confirm your password: it should contain syllables and symbols to be “good or strong” otherwise will not be approved.
  • accept “terms and conditions”
  • then, finally, click on “register”
  • after sending your registration request, you will receive email message that your registration is pending till admin take one of three decision.
  • If emall finds wrong information submitted in your request, you will be requested to edit and you submit it again.
  • if you are not fulfilling with conditions to become a vendor, you will be rejected.
  • If you fulfil all conditions, you will be requested to pay subscription fee and then your account become approved.

  1. how long to get order/ what is delivery duration?
  • our delivery duration is between 15min-1hr in Kigali and between 30min-48hrs out of Kigali, But for cooked food , your order may takes up to 2hours to be delivered.
  • We will let you know for any delivery delay that may happen due to different reasons like traffic jam, environment changes, etc.
